Sára Boncsér
Sára Boncsér is an improvisation and communication trainer with 15 years of experience as a trainer and stage performer. Her clients are corporate employees who want to communicate more effectively and consciously, to connect naturally and effortlessly, to present more assertively and boldly. Her current research at the University of Psychology explores the correlates of improvisation as an effective method for self-efficacy.
Judit Kertész
Judit is a service design and customer experience professional with management consultancy background. She is the founder of Frontira, an iF Award-winning strategic design firm. Judit supports large service companies - like Mastercard, Vodafone, UNIQA insurance - from various sectors to understand their customers better and create exceptional services that they really need. She is also a lecturer in a service design expert course at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.
