Customer Experience meets improv
We were delighted to have had the chance to showcase the impact of improvisation in design to the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) community in Budapest, Hungary. Our aim with the workshop was to encourage professionals to utilize improv techniques within their design teams and during workshops - and we believe we could involve the team in a sample of activities that demonstrate this.
